We’re Ashlee and Samantha, two best friends who grew up on the Sunshine Coast. After noticing the same issue come up again and again — visitors arriving without realizing there’s limited delivery services available on the Sunshine Coast we decided to launch Coastal Welcome Co.
When one of us recently hosted a wedding on the Coast we found ourselves helping guests navigate everything from ferry travel to where to buy groceries and essentials. It highlighted just how little information and convenience there is for people trying to settle in quickly.
With so many guests arriving by ferry and heading straight to their Airbnb or vacation rental, we saw an opportunity to make things easier.
Coastal Welcome Co. was created to deliver groceries, local products, and essentials directly to accommodations so visitors can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying the Coast right away.

Our delivery is typically scheduled within 24 hours of your booking confirmation. We aim to arrive at your Airbnb kitchen at a convenient time for you.
Are there any minimums?
Yes, we have a $40 minimum per person for two guests. This ensures we can provide a fully stocked kitchen experience for every Airbnb stay.
How do I pay for the service?
Pricing is transparent and includes a set delivery fee. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments through our secure checkout portal.
